Since December 2012 people who live in Washington state are allowed to possess marijuana for medical reasons, howeverare not allowed.
But the state of Washington will allow people to grow their own medical marijuana or participate in a collective garden. It’s also interesting to note that onlywith a liquor license will be able to sell medical marijuana.
Arizona lawmakers recently passed a new medical marijuana related law. The new law enforces strict labeling regulations on the packaging of medical marijuana edibles.
The new law states that labeling can only consist of a white background with black text.
Rep. Kimberly Yee, R-Phoenix, said she saw marijuana infused products being produced that appeared similar to over-the-counter brand names.
As of now,Dispensary is the only with an Arizona Department of Health Services-approved Infusion Kitchen, which allows them to legally produce marijuana edibles for Arizona.
This tall bad boy water pipe is made of durable acrylic and stands about 14 inches tall. What we like about this beautiful acrylic water pipe is that it goes beyond its eye-catching quadruple colored stripes gracefully combined with its old school appeal, power and simplicity. We prefer all those features, but we really like the way this cannon hits. With its slender easy grip mid section, this acrylic smooth bore shot guns through ice cubes as if it had a turbo-charger.
The slender agronomic design delivers cool, electrified vortices of chronic haze directly to your brain with long range accuracy. Easy to clean acrylic, this durable water pipe is an excellent addition to your arsenal. This naturally comes with a metal down-tube, basic bowl, mouthpiece ring, rubber grommet and extra wide base for stability. Designed to handle bigger bowl accessories or chilam attachments, you can accommodate any size party with this turbo-charged cannabis cannon.

Over the weekend Aaron Sandusky, a 42-year-old California marijuana dispensary operator, was convicted by a federal jury in California of conspiracy to manufacture marijuana plants, possession of pot with intent to distribute, and maintaining a drug-involved premises.
Now, he faces life in prison. Yes, that’s right: Life in prison for running a. According to the prosecution, all the other co-defendants took plea deals. Sandusky decided to fight the case with the support of the medical marijuana community. Now he faces ten years minimum, with “a maximum possible sentence of life in prison,”.
The jury found that, contrary to his supporters’ claims, Sandusky’s case involved “at least” 1,000 plants. But were not able to come to a consensus on four of the counts, of “maintaining drug-involved premises” for his G3 marijuana stores in Upland, Colton, and Moreno Valley, as well as their marijuana grow operation in Ontario.
The group Americans for Safe Access said last week “This trial is nothing more than a cynical attempt by the federal government to intimidate dispensary operators in Los Angeles and undermine the implementation of California’s medical marijuana law.”
Sandusky’s sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 7.
In January of this year, petitions were submitted Arizona Department of Health Services to
add PTSD 1, PTSD 2, Depression, Migraines, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder among
others, to the list of Qualifying Conditions for a Marijuana Card in Arizona.
To help with the decision, the AZDHS contracted with the University of Arizona to review
all current published scientific studies related to the use of marijuana in treating the petitioned
conditions. What did they come up with? According to the U of A, “The most relevant
literature generally was of low or very low quality and no conclusions can be drawn about the
benefits or harms of marijuana use for the treatment of PTSD.” They drew similar conclusions
for Migraines, General Anxiety Disorder and Depression. You can read U of A’s reviews at
So in reality, they didn’t tell us anything we didn’t know already: There has not been enough
clinical research done to make a case for or against marijuana. In addition to the petitions,
the State also received many informal accounts from people that have had positive results
treating their symptoms using marijuana. The ultimate decision to add the new conditions to
the Act rested with Will Humble, the Director of the ADHS.
In late July, Director Humble rejected all petitions to add new conditions. He told the Arizona
Republic “There’s just not the scientific evidence out there yet to support permanently adding
any of the conditions to the qualified list, at least right now. I recognize there’s a real shortage
of studies and data that’s out there. You base your policy decisions on science and research, and
not ideology or a predetermined political point of view.”
However, Humble did give some hope to patients suffering from migraines. He went on to say
“Migraines is probably already on the list if it causes severe and , which it does in a
lot of patients. Migraine headaches are, by their definition, severe. The question is, at what point
does a clinician think they’re chronic as well? A typical clinical presentation could easily qualify
a patient for a card if a clinician really thought that was the best or appropriate treatment.”
Where Do I Turn Without a Dispensary? Grow Your Own!
After more than a year of political maneuvering, it looks as though Arizona may finally have some operatingby the end of summer. Unfortunately, this delay affected more than just the politicians in the Capitol building. Most affected were the thousands of patients who followed the provisions of the law and received their medical marijuana cards only to find that no dispensaries would be allowed to open. Similar, equally confusing reports are being heard from medical marijuana patients in many of the states with newly passed medical marijuana laws. For now, we will have to accept these small setbacks as growing pains. Overcoming a hundred years of senseless prejudice doesn’t happen overnight, but it has left many medical marijuana patients looking for options to obtain their medicine.
Those who cultivate medicine for their own use have quickly realized the value in not relying on the state or federal government for their medicine. As more people seek to grow their own cannabis, the science of hydroponics continues to bloom. Hydroponics offers the grower more options, greater yields, and shorter grow cycles. There are more hydroponic gardeners today than ever before and the numbers continue to grow.
Advancements in ventilation, lighting, and system automation have given us the ability to grow with increased efficiency, even in small areas. It can seem daunting, but even if you don’t know where to begin, it doesn’t mean you can’t grow your own at home, and your grow system doesn’t have to take up an entire room in your house.
Superbloomerz.com offers a line of indoor hydroponics systems that come equipped with every light, fan, pump, and timer that you need to start growing today. Just add seeds and water. Their systems represent the latest technology in discreet indoor growing.
