TERRIBLE QUALITY OF MEDICINE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS A HUUUUGE RIP OFF FOR ARIZONA PATIENTS. ELEMENTS CAREGIVER COLLECTIVE IN PHOENIX IS RUDE – I ENTERED THE PLACE AND IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO WALK OUT. I SAW A COUPLE OTHER CONFUSED PATIENTS WALKING AROUND AND THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT COULD HELP US WERE ON THEIR CELL PHONE. THEN – THEY MAKE IT 100 TIMES MORE COMPLICATED WITH MEMBERSHIP FEES AND DUES AND FREE MEDICINE ??? AND MOST OF THE STUFF THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR MENU WASN’T AVAILABLE. THE STAFF WAS NOT KNOWLEDGABLE AND I COULD TELL NOBODY IN THE BUILDING WAS A MARIJUANA GROWER. BASIC TEST QUESTIONS I ASKED THE STAFF COULD NOT EVEN BE ANSWERED. THESE ARE JUST MIDDLE-MEN TO GROWERS AND EXPECT TO MARK UP THE PRICES BECAUSE THEY HAVE A BUILDING. SEEMS THEY ALSO HAVE A BAD REPUTATION – BEEN READING A LOT OF REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR LOW QUALITY BUDS.
Do yourself a favor….don’t go to Elements Caregiver Collective in Phx. Super-low quality medicine.
Shady part of towns but the meds were OK. I’ve been there before and it is hit or miss; but I just felt like I was their first patient, ever. Nobody seemed to know anything without having to ask someone else. I didn’t think they were rude or bad at customer service, just un-organized and not educated I guess? But i’ll probably go bak unless I ever get bad medz. You guys should just contact them and ask for a better deal next time or take pics or something. But whatevs!
Elements Caregiver Collective was the first collective I have ever been to. This place is really shady, I will never go back to Elements Caregiver Collective after the terrible experience I had that day. Reading this makes it about fifty times worse.
And just in case you don’t know; outdated THC analytical reports do not always tell the history of medicine. Medicine did not seem very well cured.

I went to Elements Caregiver Collective on Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix recently and at the time I thought I would give Elements a chance; even though they have bad reviews everywhere I look online. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see for myself, because I assumed most of the bad reviews I read online about Elements Caregiver Collective were coming from other collectives/caregivers/coops; but I learned the hard way – Elements Caregiver Collective is truly a rip-off. I have spoken with several LEGIT mmj dispensaries and many more local mmj experts recently and have been told the same thing – Elements was sold or taken over by New Management and all the good people left, along with customer service, good medicine, fair prices and knowledgable staff. Bottomline, Elements only cares about making money – not helping patients. Think about it. They have to pay rent for the building, all the inventory, all the employees, THC testing bills, light bills, electric bills, advertising bills, etc. and they mark up the same Mexican-brick pack dirt medicine you would normally find on Craigslist. Simply put, Elements buys the cheapest low quality medicine and mark it waaaaay up in order to make money. Even their website states, “No expense has been spared” – HAHA! Maybe think about changing that. Anyways, if you go to Elements Caregiver Collective – you will not be treated with respect; and they will look down on you like drug dealers look down on drug users. To them, you are a walking dollar bill. Nothing more. Inside Elements Caregiver Collective you will not meet anyone that grew the medicine – or subsequently knows anything about cannabis cultivation in general. DONT RISK IT! GO TO A LEGAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY.
I have been to Elements Caregiver Collective twice now and although they don’t have much customer service, the medicine is pretty good. I think I’ll try going somewhere else next time after reading these reviews. – maybe I need to go somewhere new to compare.
