A medical marijuana dispensary in rural northeastern Cochise County near Willcox has opened. The dispensary, Cathy’s Compassion Center dispensary, is less than 100 miles east of Tucson.
It looks like dispensaries will be popping up all over the state now that Judge Gordon’s ruling has forced the state to allow dispensaries to open and distribute medicine.

I understand how exciting it must be to open a new business, but do these owners have any idea what they are doing to the community of caregivers and patients? With the 25 mile rule in affect how can you feel good as a business owner, knowing that you are shafting the little guys. I would like to go into the dispensary, but not at the cost of hurting the little guys.
