Question by Jami: Is the possession and use of Marijuana legal in the European countries of Italy and Spain? Or is it illegal?
Im looking specifically for facts from someone who has actually been to either of these two countries, and can clarify whether or not the use of marijuana is legal of illegal.

its definetly illegal. there is only one country where its legal- the netherlands.
