Question by BonQuiQui: Legal, Marijuana, 18 year old boy?
A man said that his son, who is eighteen years of age, obtained a Medical Marijuana from a Physician.
Nowadays, it seems anyone can go to a Physician, lie about a health problem, or pay a certain fee to get the Medical Card.
The man’s son is legal, for most things, but it seems wrong for an 18 year old to have such privileges, especially ones that make an individual become under the influence.
This is occurring in California, where the Bill went through allowing legal individuals to obtain the medical card– nothing is criminated by having this card while possessing marijuana.
What other approach can be utilized to resolve this issue, and perhaps suspend the 18 year son’s medical benefits of obtaining marijuana (cannabis) in a legal way?
The father stated in person that the son is completely healthy and has no problems that would require him to need the medical subscription.

An 18 year old is considered an adult so really there is nothing that can be done. Unless the 18 year old is considered and diagnosed as incompetent to make their own medical decisions. Sorry.
