Question by Jessica Cheese: Temperary medical marijuana card in Nevada?
Tomorrow I’m going to the doctor and they said I get a temperary medical marijuana card then can get the lisence later. I live in Nevada. Does that mean with the temp card I can’t get arrested still? They said I can use that until I get my other one but I want to be sure. I have PTSD and have very bad insomnia from it.

Take a minute to appreciate that medical marijuana is allowed by State. A freaking felony for possession in NV! Still illegal by Federal law. Read up on your State law. Link below.
