Beyond his ability to build strong client relationships, negotiate, and lead diverse teams, Jason is also a go-getter with a knack for solving difficult problems. His ambitious nature can be attributed to the strength and influence of his family, who had to flee Iran during the revolution the year he was born. Living in a household for immigrants, he first learned to speak Farsi before picking up English, and quickly learned the importance of determination and a can-do attitude. He’s since taken those skills and created an impressive vertically integrated multi-state operation.
