Pricing

– Price: $1,200 per eblast
– Scheduling: View the calendar below for available eblast send dates. We only send one eblast per day, except during some extra high demand dates, when we sell/send up to 2 eblasts per day (at approx 6am and 4pm).
– Payment: Payment must be made in advance to reserve an eblast date(s). We accept wire transfers, checks, credit cards, and PayPal. Contact us to make payment.

Deadline to Submit Eblast

It’s ideal if you send us your eblast documents (listed below) by 3pm the day before your reserved eblast date. (The earlier the better, in our opinion.) And, ideally, by 3pm on Friday if you have a Saturday, Sunday or Monday eblast date. Please give us a heads up if you’re ever going to be late in providing eblast documents.

Design Eblast

1) Subject Line: Ideal length is 5-10 words. We recommend using an emoji and enticing keywords at the beginning of subject line. Real examples from past eblasts:

2) Preheader Text: This text is restricted by our email host/provider; They require it say: “Email sent by AZmarijuana.”
3) Body Text (optional): Text will appear below the eblast image. Max length is 3,000 words.
4) Link: The link will be added to your image and the “Learn More” button we include below your image to entice clicks.
5) Image (optional): Ideal size is 600px wide by less than 6,000px tall, and less than 1.5MB. JPEG, PNG and GIF accepted. If you have multiple images, please combine them into one image (using an editor like Photoshop).
6) License Numbers: Dispensaries and brands must include their state license number(s) on their eblast image for each location (this is required by Prop 207). We recommend putting the license number(s) at the bottom of the image in small but legible font.

We will use these documents to produce your eblast and send it on your reserved date (at approx 6am, unless you request a different send time).

Optimization & Analytics

– Eblast promotions: Include enticing deals, products, services and/or events in your eblast that will appeal to the maximum amount of recipients (i.e., Promoting things that all medical marijuana patients can benefit from rather than just a segmented few — “BOGO on flower, edibles and oils” instead of “first-time patient only” deals — will get new patients to purchase from your business as well as current patients).
– Subject line: Make a catchy subject line to entice the maximum amount of people to open the eblast. The first 6 words in a subject line are vital because they are the words that are almost always visible in recipients’ inboxes, whether they’re viewing their emails via a small or large screen (mobile device vs. desktop). Adding one emoji to the beginning of the subject line can increase the eblast’s open rate.
– Analytics: We will provide you with your eblast’s open and click rates, upon your request. Analytics can vary considerably for each eblast because every eblast promotes something unique. The biggest factor for increasing your eblast’s open and click rates is having an enticing subject line because it determines if a recipient opens, and thus, views and clicks the email.

Eblasts are a great investment because they generate new customers for your business as well as get your current customers to visit/purchase from your business more often. Our eblast/email list usually increases in size, but it is possible for it to decrease; Under either circumstance, the rate paid per eblast remains.
