Marijuana Beef Jerky

Cannabis Queen Jerky, a marijuana-infused beef jerky, is available in over 100 Colorado dispensaries. The Aspen-based company uses marijuana grown in Roaring Fork Valley and free-range bison from South Dakota to make their tasty jerky.

Anne Gordon of Herban Underground said, “It’s a nice alternative to all the sugar available in edibles. I really do love it. It’s absolutely one of my favorite products,” The Denver Post reports.

Samples from every marijuana oil-infused batch of jerky goes to Durango, Colorado for quality testing. Testing ensures the potency and even distribution of the THC on the jerky.

Arizona legalized marijuana for recreational use in November 2020. The law allows adults aged 21+ to purchase, possess and use cannabis. State-licensed cannabis dispensaries began selling recreational marijuana in early 2021. There are over 150 dispensaries in Arizona — a majority of them are in populous areas such as Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff. Recreational cannabis delivery services began operating in 2024.
