The First Marijuana Cafe in the United States Is Now Open

The first marijuana cafe in the U.S. opens this week in Hollywood. The establishment, called Lowell Farms: A Cannabis Cafe, will be a farm-to-table restaurant highlighting cannabis and cuisine.

Guests will be given explanations of the marijuana strains that are available including their individual effects and flavors, CNN reported. Diners will also be able to smoke marijuana in the café

Lowell Farms is offering edibles as well.

In a statement, Lowell Farms said the café was “created because we believed there needed to be a destination for everyone to openly enjoy cannabis in the community. Lowell Cafe is a welcoming space for those who are cannabis connoisseurs and those who are canna-curious and looking to experience cannabis in a welcoming atmosphere.”

Lowell Farms is likely to become a must-visit destination for cannabis connoisseurs.
