Ingredients:

  • ¾ c. mashed potatoes
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 (1 lb.) pkgs. confectioner’s sugar
  • ½ c. medicated butter
  • ½ lb. flaked coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Fill a 2-quart pot with water and add salt. Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and place in bowl. You can use leftover potatoes from the night before, but they need to be homemade, not instant.

Mash potatoes with 1 stick melted butter, add confectioner’s sugar, coconut and vanilla. Mix well.

Using a buttered or wax paper-lined cookie sheet, roll the potato mixture into balls and place in the fridge to cool.  Once cool, they can then be rolled in ground cinnamon to look just like mini potatoes. They can also be rolled in colored sugar or dipped in chocolate.

  • 3 ½ oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • ¾ cup ganja butter
  • 3 extra large eggs
  • 1 cup organic brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tea. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup minus 1 tb. of barley flour
  • 2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tea. sea salt

Peanut Mixture:

  • ¾ cup smooth peanut butter (no sugar added; just peanuts)
  • ¼ cup organic brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tb. barley flour
  • pinch sea salt
  • 5 tbs. organic whole milk
  • 2 tbs. roasted, unsalted peanuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Break up the chocolate and put in a heat proof bowl with the butter. Set the bowl over a saucepan of steaming hot water and melt gently, stirring frequently. Remove the bowl from the saucepan and leave to cool until needed.

Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat well with a whisk or an electric mixer. Add the sugar and the vanilla and whisk until the mixture is very thick and mousse-like.

Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture. Sift the flour, cocoa, and salt onto the mixture and mix until thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Put all the ingredients for the peanut mixture minus the peanuts into a bowl and mix well. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture, evenly spaced, onto the chocolate mixture. Use the end of a chopstick or teaspoon handle to marble or swirl both mixtures. Scatter the peanuts over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until just firm. Test doneness by sticking a toothpick into the center. It should be slightly fudgy with crumbs attached. Leave to cool before removing from the pan and cutting into 16 squares. Each brownie is one dose.

We have been looking for ways to add cannabis to recipes that don’t normally have marijuana in them, like sandwiches and wraps. But it is hard to use marijuana in recipes without it altering the flavor profile too much. We’ve found that this marijuana mayonnaise recipe is perfect for wraps and sandwiches.

In order to make the marijuana mayo, you will need marijuana cooking oil. You can find the recipes for marijuana cooking oil in our Marijuana Cooking section.

INGREDIENTS:
marijuana mayo1 cup Marijuana Oil
2 or 3 Large egg yolks
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp White vinegar
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 pinch Sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
Wisk the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, vinegar and mustard together thoroughly. Slowly add the marijuana oil while continuing to whisk the mix. The marijuana mayo will start to thicken. If it gets too thick, add a few drops of water.
Cover the mayo and chill. It should last for about a week in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!
