Arizona Law Firm Grows Cannabis and Psychedelics Team

Bianchi & Brandt, a full-service litigation firm and business growth engine, is proud to announce its corporate expansion with the appointment of two partners who will lead a deep bench of experts in regulatory compliance, M&A, corporate governance, IP protection, risk management and employment law.

Founded by Laura A. Bianchi and Justin M. Brandt, the Arizona-based firm servicing clients nationwide has proven its innovative model of end-to-end tactical consultation for business scaling in cannabis and other highly regulated industries, helping more than 500 clients and overseeing more than $300 million in transactions since its inception.

Bianchi & Brandt has promoted Clark Wu to the position of Partner. Wu is an M&A expert who has been described by the founders as a “unicorn” whose brilliance, capability, and ongoing success made him the obvious choice to receive the firm’s first partnership appointment.

New firm Partner Jeffrey W. Toppel specializes in labor and employment law. He has represented union and non-union employers in a wide range of matters, including offering proactive advice and training on compliance, defense of discrimination and wrongful termination claims, and traditional labor matters.
