Thanksgiving Marijuana
This year, Mint Cannabis’ Tempe/Guadalupe dispensary will be open more than 135 hours during Thanksgiving week – from 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 27. That means plenty of extra time to order infused pies and sides for a deliciously laid-back holiday, and a chance to stop in and unwind on another busy day: Black Friday.

In addition to the extended hours at its Tempe/Guadalupe dispensary, cannabis-infused holiday side dishes and pies along with cyber specials and more will help everyone get their holiday season underway.

The Mint Café at the Tempe/Guadalupe location will serve cannabis-infused Thanksgiving side dishes (100 mg each), including Gravy (16 oz.), Cranberry Sauce (16 oz.), Garlic Herb Butter (4 oz.), and Cornbread (8-by-8-inch) for $15 each. Sides must be ordered by Tuesday, Nov. 22, for pickup on Green Wednesday, Nov. 23.

In addition, cannabis-infused pumpkin and pecan pies ($15 each) will be available at all Mint dispensary locations in Arizona (two dispensaries in Phoenix, one in Guadalupe/Tempe, and one in Mesa). Pies can be ordered ahead of time or purchased on-site at any Mint dispensary in Arizona on the same day, while supplies last.

On Black Friday (Nov. 25), the cannabis operator will offer cannabis-infused coffee from the kitchen of its Guadalupe/Tempe dispensary to fuel an early morning of whirlwind shopping. All four of the Mint’s dispensaries in metro Phoenix will keep the momentum going by offering free uninfused tacos in their parking lots, from noon to 8 p.m. that day.

To wind down the holiday week and celebrate Cyber Monday (Nov. 28), the Mint will offer a 20% discount on all online orders picked up from its Guadalupe/Tempe location that day. Orders can be placed for drive-thru or in-store pickup. In addition, all four of the Mint’s dispensaries in metro Phoenix are offering a buy-one-get-one deal on any one item in the store during the month of November.

⚡️

Arizona legalized marijuana for recreational use in November 2020. The law allows adults aged 21+ to purchase, possess and use cannabis. State-licensed cannabis dispensaries began selling recreational marijuana in early 2021. There are over 150 dispensaries in Arizona — a majority of them are in populous areas such as Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff. Recreational cannabis delivery services began operating in 2024.
