Curaleaf Arizona has announced that it has finalized the addition of Glendale Greenhouse, a vertically integrated cannabis business in Arizona, to its family of dispensaries. The signing was announced on June 27, 2019 and the transaction closed on August 16, 2019. The dispensary is expected to be rebranded as Curaleaf over the next month.
Glendale Greenhouse operates a 20,000 square-foot, multi-level cultivation center capable of producing 3,600 pounds of flower annually. Its 1,500 square-foot dispensary, located in Glendale directly off the 101 Freeway, can be expanded to nearly 5,000 square-feet. The facility also operates a state-of-the-art CO2 extraction lab and a kitchen, which is already producing various edible lines such as mints, gummies, brownies and ice cream, with additional products expected to launch later this year.
“We’re excited to have Glendale Greenhouse join our Curaleaf family,” said Steve Cottrell, President of Curaleaf Arizona. “And adding this cultivation center, extraction lab and kitchen means we’ll soon be able to offer even more quality cannabis products to all medical marijuana patients here in Arizona.”
