Gianni Khalil Woodfield is the Arizona sales and marketing manager at Leafers, an independently owned infused joint company in Arizona. An ambitious and seasoned marketing professional, he got his start working in retail apparel at Wisemen Clothing and Vans before pivoting to the cannabis industry with Harvest Health & Recreation in 2021, where he climbed from shift supervisor to general manager and regional community engagement manager in just over a year. He joined the Leafers team in May of 2023 and quickly proved instrumental in the company’s rapid launch and expansion in the Arizona market.

Gianni is a motivated self-starter with a passion for networking and community. A gifted marketer with a keen eye for successful social media campaigns, he has played a pivotal role in growing Leafers’ brand awareness across the Grand Canyon State. He also prides himself on his dedication to the hustle. On top of his sales and marketing work at Leafers, he launched cannabis apparel brand Chiefers alongside his brother in 2021, combining his expertise in the apparel world with his love of cannabis. Chiefers boasts boldly designed tees, tanks, shorts, and snapbacks, a testament to his commitment to providing cannabis education and liberation to the wider community.

Raised by a strong immigrant family hailing from Lebanon, Gianni is equipped with the grit, perseverance, and managerial skills necessary for a successful sales and marketing manager.
