Bullhead City’s Commission Approves Home Marijuana Deliveries

Delivery Marijuana

Bullhead City’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve medical marijuana home delivery.

Dispensaries’ delivery hours in Bullhead City will be restricted to their hours of operation, Mohave Valley Daily News reports.

“The (delivery hours) choice is left up to the owners and then too, whatever the market will bear,” mentioned Commissioner Mary Schramm.

The commission’s approved motion will be sent to the Bullhead City City Council for review after city staffers craft language for it.

Arizona legalized marijuana for recreational use in November 2020. The law allows adults aged 21+ to purchase, possess and use cannabis. State-licensed cannabis dispensaries began selling recreational marijuana in early 2021. There are over 150 dispensaries in Arizona — a majority of them are in populous areas such as Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff.
