The Mint Dispensary

The Mint Dispensary in Tempe, Arizona is undergoing a $2 million renovation that will make it the largest medical marijuana facility in the state at 12,000 square feet.

The dispensary’s renovation will include a cannabis kitchen, which opens next month, according to a press release. The new kitchen will offer a complete menu of artisan burgers, pastas, pizza, wings and other delicious cannabis-infused meals that patients can order to go. Along with freshly-made menu items, the new kitchen will have a barista, a juice bar, gelato, and a wide assortment of pastries.

The updated Mint Dispensary will also feature a robust educational area where patients can participate in free cooking classes, learn more about medical marijuana, receive health-related information, a see guest speakers and celebrity autograph sessions.

Patients will soon be able to get a first-hand look at dispensary’s cultivation process as they will be able to see one of the dispensary’s cultivation rooms through a large viewing window. The dispensary also plans to open a state-of-the-art extraction lab on site.

“Our renovation gave us an unprecedented opportunity to push the envelope and redefine the medicinal cannabis dispensary experience,” said Raul Molina, Marketing Director of The Mint Dispensary. “In addition to giving patients in Arizona the widest array of medicinal cannabis products under one roof, we can now provide fresh meals and food options, which is important for seriously ill patients who are turning to medicinal cannabis to address a variety of illnesses, from cancer and epilepsy to Alzheimer’s disease.”
