MJBizConference

The marijuana industry’s biggest trade show, the Marijuana Business Conference and Expo (MJBizCon), returns to Las Vegas on November 14-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

There will be around 14,000 business professionals and accredited investors from the U.S. and around the world at the MJBizCon. Over 650 exhibitors and 40,000 sq. ft. of exhibitor floor space will be available for attendees to network and learn.

The 4-day event provides attendees with access to the most target-rich business environment in the marijuana industry. Pre-conference seminars — The Marijuana Business Crash Course, The Business of Hemp Forum and The Science Symposium — begin on Nov 14, while the conference and expo begin at 9 am on Nov 15 and continue till 4 pm on Nov 17.

Dozens of marijuana industry leaders and experts will take part in speaking sessions that offer insights on the industry’s hottest topics where attendees can learn about cultivation, licensing, laws, testing, banking, infusing, taxes, distribution and more.

Two of this year’s keynote speakers will be George Blankenship, a former executive for Tesla Motors, Apple Computers and GAP, and Kenneth T. Walsh, the Chief White House Correspondent for U.S. News & World Report. There will also be dozens of other speakers and courses at the conference. A few of the well-known speakers are: Oregon Congressman Earl Blumenauer; Cassandra Farrington, CEO & Co-founder of Marijuana Business Daily; Jennifer Hanser, VP of Global Business Affairs at Tilray; and Chris Leavy, Co-chairman & Partner at MedMen.

On the evening of Nov. 15, the Marijuana Business Daily is hosting the 2017 Las Vegas MJBizCon Mixer. The networking event is used to support and advocate for non-profit efforts in the marijuana industry.
