“Fire.” was the 25th marijuana dispensary to open its doors in Arizona 9 years ago, and it was also the first dispensary to offer home delivery service to patients. Fire. Dispensary actually assisted the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) in developing the regulatory rules to lay the groundwork and enable cannabis home delivery in Arizona.
Fire. Dispensary President & CEO, Christopher Ross, closed escrow on the all-cash deal with buyer, ACP Investments LLC, this week with $20.3M paid in cash at closing, and an additional $5M-$6M to be paid in quarterly interest only payments, as well as a $5M balloon payment due in 24 months.
ACP Investments LLC, which also owns Nature’s Wonder dispensary in Apache Junction, as well as the popular edibles and vape cartridge brand, Tru Infusion, has plans to develop Fire. Dispensary’s nearly 5 acre property, located in Coolidge’s Industrial Park, into a large scale cultivation site, bringing additional jobs to the growing city.
Mr. Ross, the majority owner of Fire. Dispensary said that while he is definitely ready for his next chapter in life, it has been an absolute pleasure serving the people of Coolidge and Pinal County, and he’s excited about what the future holds for cannabis cultivation and the local economy in Coolidge.
