Mint Cannabis will give a free pre-roll to customers aged 21 and above who make a purchase of $10 or more at any of its six metro Phoenix dispensaries on any day in 2024 when the temperature at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport reaches 110 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, as per the official reading.
