Harvest Scottsdale Dispensary

Harvest of Scottsdale, a medical marijuana dispensary located in North Scottsdale, is hosting an Open House on Friday May 12 from 6-8 p.m.

The Open House will give the general public a chance to see the inside of a medical marijuana dispensary. All are welcome to attend; an Arizona medical marijuana card is not required. Attendees can browse around the dispensary, ask questions and talk with the company’s friendly and knowledgeable patient advisers about the potential benefits of marijuana as an alternative medicine.

Sun Valley Certification Clinic will provide attendees with information about how to get their medical marijuana card. Postino Wine Cafe will provide complimentary food and drinks.

Arizona legalized marijuana for recreational use in November 2020. The law allows adults aged 21+ to purchase, possess and use cannabis. State-licensed cannabis dispensaries began selling recreational marijuana in early 2021. There are over 150 dispensaries in Arizona — a majority of them are in populous areas such as Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff. Recreational cannabis delivery services began operating in 2024.
