Industry Blazers spotlights Arizona’s talented cannabis industry professionals who influence and grow the industry.  Brought to you by a collaboration between AZmarijuana.com and Proven Media. Do you know someone that is an Industry Blazer in Arizona? If so, email us their name and contact info.

Parisa Rad and Adelia Carrillo (Fakhri), co-founders of Blunt Brunch, have made remarkable contributions to the cannabis industry by creating an inclusive platform that empowers and connects women. What began as an informal lunch with eight women has evolved into a pioneering national network, showcased at their recent high-profile event during MJBizCon in Las Vegas, that drew professional women from across the country.

Rad and Carrillo’s forward-thinking leadership has fostered a welcoming space where upcoming female executives can share experiences, build connections, and grow personally and professionally. Their events blend education, networking, and camaraderie, redefining how relationships are built in the cannabis space. Rad is a cannabis marketing expert and is also known for her advocacy as a parent with a special needs child who uses cannabis as part of her medical regime. Carrillo is the co-founder of EventHi, a ticketing platform for cannabis events.

As advocates for reducing the stigma around cannabis and amplifying women’s voices, they inspire change and promote inclusivity in a male-dominated industry. Through collaboration and innovation, Rad and Carrillo are shaping the future of this emerging sector and setting an example for aspiring entrepreneurs. For information, visit BluntBrunch.com.
