These Arizona Marijuana Job Salaries Surpass $100,000

Arizona legalized medical marijuana in 2010 and adult-use marijuana in 2021. Since then, the state’s marijuana industry has produced thousands of in-state jobs amongst dispensaries, cultivation facilities, processing facilities and testing labs.

Nationally, cannabis jobs typically range from $30,000 – $150,000+. Some companies also include stock options for employees. Cannabis recruitment firm Engin’s new cannabis salary insight report (below) reveals that Arizona’s cannabis industry salaries typically range from $30,000 – $70,000, but can surpass $100,000 for management positions such as Director of Retail Operations, Director of Cultivation, or Director of Extraction.

Arizona has been one of the fastest growing marijuana industries for years, and the growth will likely continue. This demand should lead to more companies hiring and possibly bigger salaries too.
